"I've Enjoyed Chef Mary's meals for some time ow and would highly recommend her. She is efficient and courteous. Also, her food is amazing! My most recent request was a homemade chicken noodle soup. She took the time to shop for all the ingredients and prepare the meal to my specifications. It was flavorful and I had plenty left over to enjoy for another few days. Definitely worth it!"

"I was fortunate to be at a gathering that Mary catered featuring cochinita pibil, green rice, black beans, and mango aqua fresca. The pork was tender and flavorful and the black beans and green rice were delicious. In this part of Texas, we eat a lot of beans and rice and both the black beans and the green rice were among the best I’ve been served. The serving area was beautifully set and drew the guests in even before the food was served.
Did I mention the aqua fresca? Delicious and thirst-quenching.
And there were snickerdoodles, which I’ve decided is my new favorite cookie. There may have been other deserts, but my focus was on the SN. I confess I definitely ate more than one."

"First getting to work alongside Mary in a creative, culinary environment, I was incredibly impressed with her intuitive nature for food. I remember her first bite featured a simple vanilla yogurt paired with supple blue cheese and topped with smoked maple syrup: absolutely inspired. We gabbed about food often and I more often than not leaned on her for advice. Approachable yet intricate are her flavors and being playful is always on the menu. Ask her about the Mediterranean 7-layer dip we concocted together, truly delicious."
